The person in this role will be responsible for providing technical support, administration, and maintenance for business non‑ERP applications in the Latin America Region. Key Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot IT applications and SharePoint sites. Ensure smooth operations, security, and user satisfaction. Manage permissions, workflows, and document libraries. Assist users and provide training on best practices. The non‑ERP applications are related to Latin American government compliance processes, such as electronic invoice (for Mexico, Brazil and Argentina), freight processes, and customs brokers administration. Additional Experience In Electronic Data Interchange integration (EDI) with OEMs (Chemours customers). SharePoint sites administration and configuration. These responsibilities involve collaboration with Business Manager subject‑matter experts, operational teams, and third‑party technical departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of technical solutions. Government Compliance Government compliance is limited to Latin America – meaning the processes, regulations, and tools involved are region‑specific. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT application management. Strong knowledge of enterprise applications (non‑ERP, SharePoint, Microsoft 365). Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Capable of learning and applying new technologies rapidly. Strong analytical skills.
