Job Overview: We are seeking a Web Producer / QA to join our growing Web Team. This role will focus on implementing site updates, performing quality assurance checks after development, and ensuring our clients’ websites maintain the highest standards of accuracy and usability. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid foundation in HTML and CSS. Experience with Shopify is strongly preferred, with occasional work in Magento and WordPress. Responsibilities: Execute updates on client websites, including content changes, product uploads, and page adjustments. Perform thorough QA testing after development to ensure websites function properly across devices and browsers. Identify and document bugs or inconsistencies and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Maintain visual and functional consistency across web pages, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines. Assist in content migration and site launches, verifying layouts, links, and responsiveness. Support the Web Project Manager and Development team with ongoing website maintenance. Stay up to date with web best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. 1–2 years of professional experience in web production, QA, or a related field. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (ability to troubleshoot and make minor adjustments). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Shopify experience is required. Familiarity with Magento and WordPress is a plus. Experience with QA methodologies and cross-browser/device testing tools is preferred. Team player who is proactive and eager to learn.
