As a Software Engineer, you will lead the development of our Gen AI platform, implementing software and ML solutions for scalable, reliable, and high-performance operations. Your role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to integrate and deploy our technology stack. You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance the Gen AI platform

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Write and test product or system development code;
  • Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies;
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback;
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
  • Understanding of the existing software architecture and interactions between the various modules comprising the system

 

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have knowledge and/or experience in: 

  • Bachelors/ master s degree in computer science or related discipline;
  • Entry level software engineer with experience programming in such an environment coupled with an interest in the challenge of understanding something complex and making it work better;
  • Understanding of software design and development skills, in one or more programming languages such as C++, Python, Java and with data structures/algorithms;
  • Familiarity working with at least one of the public clouds, especially AWS;
  • Ability to work in a team and take input from other members in coordinating work;
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and react to a dynamic work environment;
  • Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
