About the role

Thrive as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Winlux and play a crucial role in shaping our rapidly growing team In this role, you’ll be a trusted recruitment partner, collaborating closely with hiring managers across departments such as product, marketing, and engineering to meet their specific hiring needs. With your international experience, you’ll source and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds, bringing a global perspective to our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, has a strong track record of sourcing high-quality candidates, and can drive recruitment strategies with autonomy and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to managing candidate pipelines across various departments.

  • Source high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach.

  • Manage and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate record-keeping and organizational efficiency throughout the hiring process.

  • Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring priorities and provide strategic recruitment support.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures, offering insights and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitive insights to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven company.

  • Experience in the gaming and entertainment industry, particularly in regulated gambling sectors.

  • Proven experience working with popular ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and recruiting, with experience in building talent pipelines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for talent acquisition, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Location

Winlux operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Interview Process

After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. If we see a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:

  • Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)

  • Technical Interview (90 minutes)

  • Final Interview (60 minutes)
