Job Function Supply Chain Deliver Job Sub Function Transportation Services Job Category Professional All Job Posting Locations Extrema, Minas Gerais, Brazil; São Paulo, Brazil Job Description TRANSPORTATION ANALYST - VISION | Extrema/MG or São Paulo/SP Assists in routes definition and picking scheme planning to serve customers. Performs daily delivery analysis and is responsible for measuring carrier performance. Leads initiatives with carrier and customer service to mitigate SLA impacts, ensures freight costs are correct before payment, and supports general transportation projects. Duties & Responsibilities Updates dashboards from the transportation area and interfaces with Customer Service, Sales Team, Logistics Operator, Risk Manager, and Transporter to ensure punctual delivery of products. Monitors urgent orders and coordinates shipments with the logistics operator and carrier. Tracks reverse flow of orders to ensure arrival of volumes to the central distribution. Tracks release of orders and vehicles in a timely manner, complying with risk management rules and J&J shipping standards. Maintains frequent contact with carriers to ensure demands and SLAs are met per current agreements/contracts. Interfaces with Customer Service to contact customers about late deliveries, keeping dashboards updated and developing action plans for late deliveries. Ensures backup of proof of delivery signed by customers according to internal controls rules. Executes all processes related to transport claims, communicates issues to affected sales invoices, and monitors carrier reimbursement. Ensures receipt and control of CTEs, and monitors submission of files for accounting. Checks pre‑invoices sent by carriers and manages purchase orders in the system until payment is made. Performs analysis and reports related to transport activities during the revenue recognition process in the quarterly months. Experience & Education University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Preference for a qualification in Business Administration or Logistics. Generally requires 2‑4 years of work experience in a logistics role. Proficient in office packages, especially Excel. Language: basic to intermediate English. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Comprehensive knowledge of transportation routine. Analytical and good communication skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities.
