About the RoleGenesis Consulting is expanding its Oracle Cloud Financials capability and seeks a Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise across multiple financial modules — including Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, and Assets — to support complex enterprise environments. Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs.Key Responsibilities- Act as a senior functional lead across financial modules, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.- Ensure service excellence across multiple geographies, meeting compliance and performance standards.- Advise business leaders on best practices and process harmonization within Oracle Cloud Financials.- Coordinate global month-end close and reporting processes.- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process governance.Qualifications- 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience within Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud.- Hands-on and demonstrable experience and knowledge of core Oracle Financial modules, including Localizations for Brazil.- Excellent understanding of Financial Reporting requirements and practices.- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak in both Portuguese and English.- Committed team player who is willing to share, learn and support fellow team members.- Ability to be proactive and take initiative.Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.Other:- Finance/Accounting background is ideal.- English Mandatory.Why Join GenesisAt Genesis Consulting, you’ll be part of a high-performance environment that values collaboration, ownership, and excellence.
