Job Title: Channel Management Lead for Latin America

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our channel management efforts in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the region's payments landscape, established relationships with key players, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with regional banks, card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones to support growth in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with local regulations and licensing requirements to inform market entry strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
  • Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also a must.
