Resumo : Buscamos um(a) Scrum Master com experiência em metodologias ágeis para promover a cultura de agilidade, facilitar cerimônias e remover impedimentos, contribuindo para a transparência e melhoria contínua dos projetos de software.

Principais atividades
  • Disseminar a cultura de agilidade entre os times de engenharia.
  • Ensinar o time sobre ritos, papéis e artefatos do Scrum.
  • Remover impedimentos para o progresso do time.
  • Garantir a transparência dos projetos.
  • Facilitar o dia a dia do time e os eventos do Scrum.
  • Promover melhoria contínua nos processos de engenharia de software.
  • Coletar e analisar indicadores dos projetos.
Formação e qualificações
  • Superior em Análise de Sistemas, Engenharia da Computação/Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica ou área de Informática.
  • Obrigatórios: Mentalidade ágil, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception, Desenvolvimento de Software.
  • Desejáveis: Ciclo de desenvolvimento de produto de software, Java, Banco de Dados, Extreme Programming, DevOps, Gestão de Projetos.
  • Experiência: 3 anos como Scrum Master.
  • Inglês fluente (5/5).
Formato de trabalho

Home office

Horário

De segunda à sexta-feira, 8 horas/dia, entrada entre 08:00 e 09:00, término às 17:00, com 1 hora de almoço.
