**Missão**:
- Engage in the early-stage development of solar energy projects across Brazil.
- Originate and oversee greenfield project developments while identifying brownfield acquisition opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including local developers, landowners, and business partners, negotiating essential contracts.
- Support the management and growth of the Brazil project pipeline.
- Collaborate with the permitting team to achieve Ready-To-Build project status efficiently.
- Leverage your understanding of project financing structures and financial modeling to drive success.
- Stay at the forefront of Brazil's photovoltaic market, contributing innovative business ideas and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Assist with M&A activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
**Perfil**:
- ** Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Engineering, Management, or related disciplines.
- ** Professional Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years in the renewable energy sector, specifically solar PV, with a focus on business or project development in utility-scale environments.
- Familiarity with the Brazilian Solar PV framework, permitting processes, and PPA agreements.
- Hands-on experience in M&A-related agreements and land regularization is a plus.
- Knowledge of site securing, interconnection, and permitting processes for electricity generation.
- ** Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsive, flexible, and able to deliver results on time.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (native), with fluency in English and Spanish being a strong asset.
- ** Additional Requirements**:
- Availability to travel as required.
- Commitment to working 100% in-person at our São Paulo office.
