Our IT professionals are a pivotal part of keeping these systems and operational processes through their exceptional analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.We count on our IT team to be trusted partners and strategic differentiators who drive innovation, collaboration and solutions that help our customers build a better world, because when our customers win - so do we.We consider in all positions people with disabilities, diverse gender, culture, ethnicity, religion, age, generation, race, nationality and sexual orientation.**Location**:Piracicaba**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT areas)- 3-5 years QAD technical admin experience or equivalent infrastructure experience- Broad knowledge with Progress OpenEdge- Broad knowledge in working with Linux/Unix OS- Strong expertise in shell script development- Ability to perform analysis using appropriate elicitation techniques- Pre-Advanced English- QAD Certified Professional - Foundation Technology and Implementation - EE- QAD Certified Professional - Foundation Technology and Customization - EE- Previous ITIL experience (Incident/problem/change management)- Source Code Version Control system experience- Knowledge of network and connectivity protocolsWorking with corporate systems, primarily focusing on the QAD ERP Application and associated solutions used by multiple Caterpillar facilities.**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:- Providing analytical services and solutions for various technical issues- Creating & maintaining system documentation with high attention to detail- Developing and deploying Backup and Archiving solutions- Facilitating /Coordinating technical upgrade and patches- Train and support users in the systems & processesLI-OnsiteCaterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).Not ready to apply?
