Overview Full Stack Engineer (Senior/Lead) – AgileEngine We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React) to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. You’ll work closely with product owners, designers, QA, and developers to build solutions that drive business impact, participating in all stages of product development from concept to release and iteration. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll run experiments, leverage metrics to guide decisions, and help evolve our applications and internal tools to create better experiences for both customers and teammates. What You Will Do Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL Lead the product development process in collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders Build polished, high-touch user interfaces Design and implement scalable solutions Enhance 3D modeling integrations, data processing pipelines, and interactive property models Improve existing code through refactoring and optimization Collaborate with engineers to architect reliable systems Ensure high-quality code delivery through unit and end-to-end testing Continuously improve development processes and system performance Make a measurable impact on user experience for construction and skilled trades customers Project duration is 6 months Must Haves 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong backend in Ruby on Rails and frontend in React Experience with building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs, designing efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces Proficiency in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud) and building scalable applications supporting complex workflows Working hours: Some overlap with Pacific Time (ideally 8 AM – 4 PM PT), but not strictly required Upper-Intermediate English level Nice to Haves Experience with Java, C# development Product growth and lifecycle management experience Technical leadership experience guiding engineers from concept to delivery Team leadership experience guiding engineers to deliver innovative solutions Engineering-driven mindset with ownership of outcomes Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal Ownership mentality: accountability from design to deployment and production monitoring Perks And Benefits Professional growth: mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps Competitive compensation with USD-based pay and education/fitness budgets Exposure to modern projects with Fortune 500 clients and top-tier brands Flextime: remote and in-office options to support work-life balance Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
