NPI Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing new product introduction as well the integration with the industrial strategic plan for the plant. Conduction of industrial strategic studies. On this position you will work with management team and stakeholders, you must schedule activities, coordinate different topics between functional teams, set standards for quality control, handle budgeting and ensure new products are brought to market on time with expected quality and cost performance.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management;Certification in project management, supply chain management, and other related fields (APICS);Fluent English.Demonstrate Leadership skills – ability to manage both horizontally and vertically within a complex organization to achieve goals, including the management and delegation of appropriate tasks to technical and non-technical support staff with appropriate business justification to generate motivation;Ability to handle multiple projects/customers/priorities with minimum supervision under challenging conditions;Interact with all levels of the organization and the supply base.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate new product introduction and major industrial project introduction;Setting project timelines and budgets;Working and coordinating with third parties and stakeholders;Conduct industrial strategic studies;Communicating with stakeholders and management to provide updates on the progress of the project;Generate periodic project tracking and reporting;Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans;Responsible for generating schedule performance pareto analysis and executing corrective action across all functional organizations;Anticipate roadblocks and elevate when appropriate;Understand project critical path, schedule compression and project recovery techniques;Lead formal project business and technical risk assessments and provide risk mitigation plans for decision making;Manage the launch of new products and the phase out of current products;Be the central point of contact with the clients and the internal departments during the preparation and execution phase of the projects;Interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, partnering suppliers, customers and other key functional groups to develop, generate, and execute program plans to transition products;Lead formal project business and technical risk assessments and provide risk mitigation plans for decision making.
