About The Role GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering and/or a relevant area. At least 3 years of professional experience focused in one of the following fields: Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Solid Mechanics, Dynamics and Vibration, Materials Science for Mechanical Engineers, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Design, Machine Elements, Manufacturing Processes, Computer‑Aided Design (CAD), Computer‑Aided Engineering (CAE), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Kinematics, Dynamics of Machinery, Mechanical Systems Design, Thermal Systems. Advanced level of English (C1) or above. Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas. Strong ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly those that are computationally intensive and go beyond simple parameter modifications. Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines. Fully remote freelance role: you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
