Business Intelligence Team Lead – Kaizen Gaming Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is a leading GameTech company operating in 19 markets. Role Overview As the Business Intelligence Team Lead, you will drive data‑driven decision‑making across our BI Product & Operational Teams. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will understand unique business needs, align strategies with organizational goals, and empower teams to leverage data effectively. Responsibilities Cultivate strong relationships with departments and stakeholders to understand operations and strategic objectives. Lead BI product verticals along with corresponding ops teams to deliver functional, user‑friendly data products enabling informed decisions. Develop growth plans for team members and create yearly roadmaps aligned with Kaizen’s strategic objectives. Take ownership of team priorities, deliverables, and planning on a frequent basis. Act as a subject‑matter expert across multiple streams, providing a holistic view of business priorities, needs, and strategic goals. Foster an agile working environment, ensuring adaptability to changing priorities while meeting yearly objectives. Challenge existing metrics and KPIs, collaborating with the team to develop new ones that drive business growth. Advocate for a robust data‑driven culture within the organization. Qualifications BSc & Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics). At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, exhibiting exceptional team management skills and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience in the gaming industry is considered a strong plus. Strategic mindset with the capacity to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks and visualization tools. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical requirements. Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
