We’re on the lookout for an energetic performance-focused Analytics Manager to join our Sydney, Australia team.
This role is remote and will require you to work in the evening as you’ll be liaising with our team and clients in Australia.

Key responsibilities include:
- Uncovering insights and providing solutions before a problem arises. Finding potential problems that aren’t yet visible to the client or the internal strategy team is a key responsibility of this role.
- Configure and set up Analytics & Marketing conversion events with Google Tag Manager
- Design Reporting Dashboards with Looker Studio
- Use GA4 and the reporting tools available within the relevant ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok etc) to glean valuable insights and make strategic recommendations
- Create and deliver KPI tracking reports
- Testing new tracking events are firing as needed. Identifying issues and providing solutions when needed
- Work with client’s web dev teams when required
- Working very closely with the paid media team in Sydney as a cohesive unit, taking briefs, brainstorming, problem-solving and providing valuable insights and recommendations to grow and improve your client’s business.
- Be a passionate subject matter expert on digital measurement and analysis (inc. web analytics, AI, reliable data) and have an understanding of the wider digital ecosystem and the roles each channel plays in customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have an inquisitive nature and enjoy the challenge of finding a solution for complex tracking requirements
- Experience working with APIs and Mobile Apps for tracking and analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in CSS, HTML and JS
- Must have an outstanding understanding of the Google Marketing Platform, the main benefits and how to use the Google stack to the greatest advantage of clients

- When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.
- A drive to continuously improve, learn and develop.
Not essential but advantageous:
- Meta ads experience
- Performance Marketing experience in an agency
- Digital customer acquisition & retention strategy experience
- Conversion tracking set up across all ad platforms
