What's the role?

The Engineering System Administrator acts as a single point of contact for global/regional large accounts (EPCs and General Contractors) to help create digital twins of Hilti products in their Plant design software.

Based in a regional Project Management Office, you will support our sales team in acquiring large projects, serve as a Plant Design Administrator for global projects, and collaborate with a global team to ensure both short-term and long-term readiness of solutions.

What does the role involve?

As an Engineering System Administrator, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Aligning with the PMO Head and Global Plant Design Business Owner on project pipeline and priorities.
  • Supporting construction project managers and business developers during project acquisition by demonstrating plant design offerings.
  • Partnering with customer's Plant Design Administrators to ensure testing and catalogue maintenance.
  • Setting up libraries and plug-ins for Hilti and Oglaend Modular supports, Firestop, and Cable Management solutions.
  • Serving as a point of contact for installation challenges and troubleshooting software conflicts.
  • Training customers on using libraries and plug-ins.
  • Creating custom assemblies for project-specific solutions.
  • Training sales and business development teams internally on plant design solutions.
  • Documenting activities in Salesforce and Clickup.
  • Gathering customer feedback to improve solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Development team to test libraries and document feature requests.
  • Sharing best practices and success stories within the organization.
What you need is:
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent IT diploma.
  • Experience with EPC, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and industry projects preferred.
  • Proven experience in engineering systems administration (Aveva PDMS/E3D, Integraph SP3D, Bentley, Autodesk P3D).
  • Understanding of engineering practices and project execution.
  • Knowledge of engineering design and data integration software.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, advanced English, intermediate Spanish.
  • Availability for 15-20% international business travel.
