Missão do Cargo:

Representar a função de Medical Affairs no campo, sendo responsável pela execução do plano médico da área terapêutica (TA). Desenvolver e promover relacionamentos sólidos com stakeholders externos através de interações científicas e suporte à pesquisa clínica, sempre mantendo as necessidades e segurança dos pacientes em foco. Participar de projetos e iniciativas da área médica, contribuindo com informações relevantes provenientes da comunidade médica, compartilhar insights com stakeholders internos e prover suporte científico contínuo através de treinamento a equipes multifuncionais internas, colaborando com o desenvolvimento e execução da estratégia do produto.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar e desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos e de confiança com líderes de opinião e outros stakeholders relevantes.
  • Implementar o plano de engajamento científico dos KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) alinhado com o plano médico da área terapêutica.
  • Garantir uma gestão adequada e efetiva dos stakeholders externos utilizando critérios científicos objetivos.
  • Estabelecer um planejamento de interações regulares com os KOLs e reportar atividades de campo.
  • Organizar e realizar eventos científicos com líderes de opinião e profissionais da saúde.
  • Ministrar aulas em eventos científicos de acordo com a estratégia de comunicação médica de campo.
  • Organizar e conduzir o desenvolvimento e implementação de atividades médicas chaves, como Experts Panels, Advisory Boards e Simpósios.
  • Auxiliar em projetos de estudos clínicos locais ou globais da área terapêutica.
  • Discutir e auxiliar líderes de opinião em propostas de estudos e/ou publicações de interesse para a Takeda.
  • Capturar e compartilhar insights para suportar a estratégia da marca, médica e científica. Atuar como ponto de referência de expertise clínico e científico da área terapêutica.
  • Garantir que todas as comunicações médico-científicas sejam justas e baseadas em evidências científicas apropriadas.
  • Conduzir e coordenar projetos médicos designados de acordo com o plano médico.
  • Elaborar resumos e highlights de congressos para compartilhamento interno.
  • Auxiliar na produção e revisão de materiais médico-científicos e slides decks.
  • Ministrar/auxiliar no treinamento científico de palestrantes e equipes multifuncionais.
  • Engajar cientificamente pagadores de acordo com a estratégia médica da área terapêutica.
  • Dar coach aos MSLs Juniors na tarefa de ministrar aulas em eventos científicos.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Medicina, Biologia, Farmácia, Biomedicina, Enfermagem ou outras áreas relacionadas.
  • Mandatório ter Mestrado;
  • Desejável especialização, Pós-graduação, Residência Médica, Doutorado, Pós-doutorado;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Expertise em Medical Affairs;
  • Alto nível de conhecimento científico;
  • Compreensão sólida sobre as fases, processos e técnicas envolvidas em estudos pré-clínicos e clínicos do desenvolvimento de drogas;
  • Habilidade de fazer análise crítica de dados e publicações;
  • Comprometimento em aprimorar e abraçar a cultura de DE&I.
