We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau Visualization to join our team.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing impactful dashboards and delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions. This is a great opportunity to work with complex data, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance data processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

  • Create and implement advanced Tableau dashboards to effectively present data insights
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis by writing and executing complex SQL queries to uncover key trends
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, address challenges, and recommend tailored solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all analysis and reporting
  • Identify areas for improvement in data visualization workflows and processes
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on best practices for Tableau

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams
  • Proven experience using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server in production environments
  • Expertise in SQL for analyzing and querying large, complex datasets
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Python for data transformation and manipulation
  • Advanced skills in designing and developing Tableau dashboards and visualizations
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have
  • Experience working with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Practical experience using Spark for advanced data processing
  • Production experience with Presto as a query engine
