Atividades: REMOTE Payrate: 70 - 90 per hour. Full stack Java / React (JavaScript) lead developer. Must have leadership skills, as well as hands on design and development skills. Must have strong AWS services skills, having previously implemented AWS based solutions. Financial services experience is preferred. Tech Lead in our Individual Product journey in the Retirement Strategies Business Unit, you will partner with product owners, designers, engineers and delivery professionals to help us launch new financial products with a modern architectural approach. You will partner with other technology leaders to brainstorm best design and integration approach for your deliverables and build consensus to implement your proposals. You will also be responsible for managing and guiding other software engineers on your team. You will look at broad deliverables, break them down into actionable building blocks and leveraging resources at hand to complete deliverables within a timeline. You will feel challenged with ensuring your design meets the firmwide systems and modernization strategy. For this, you will need to maintain a broader awareness of firmwide technology strategy, as you implement capabilities to solve sophisticated business problems, deploy innovative products, services and experiences to delight our customers In addition to deep technical expertise and experience, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do. Develop, maintain and drive modernization of the services and capabilities within your overall scope. Responsible for technical design and infrastructure / environments strategy, including deployments for your team's deliverables.

Responsabilidades
  • Desempenhar função de Tech Lead em cliente jornada de Produto Individual na Retirement Strategies Business Unit.
  • Colaborar com product owners, designers, engenheiros e profissionais de entrega para lançar novos produtos financeiros com uma abordagem arquitetural moderna.
  • Colaborar com outros líderes de tecnologia para desenhar e integrar soluções, buscando consenso para as propostas.
  • Gerenciar e orientar outros engenheiros de software da equipe.
  • Dividir entregáveis amplos em blocos acionáveis e utilizar recursos disponíveis para cumprir prazos.
  • Garantir que o design esteja alinhado à estratégia de modernização e aos padrões da empresa.
  • Contribuir para o aperfeiçoamento contínuo de serviços e capacidades no escopo.
  • Responsável pelo design técnico e pela estratégia de infraestrutura/ambientes, incluindo implantações.
Qualificações
  • Experiência sólida com Java/React (JavaScript) e liderança técnica.
  • Habilidades fortes em serviços AWS e experiência comprovada em soluções baseadas em AWS.
  • Experiência em serviços financeiros é desejável.
  • Capacidade de comunicação, resolução de problemas e trabalho em equipe; hábitos de trabalho ágeis.
  • Visão ampla da estratégia tecnológica da firma e mindset de aprendizado contínuo.
