Principle Accountabilities

  • Oversee, manage, and report data on key performance indicators focused on the Direct Hire team.
  • Develop spreadsheet for data visualization while aiming for productivity improvement.
  • Administrate Bulhorn system requirements inconsistences while following up with Houston and Delivery Centre if necessary.
  • Support and facilitate onboarding and team events.
  • Sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates across multiple industries.

Role Description

The Business Analyst Intern will be responsible to keep the Delivery Hire teams systems operating reliably, focused on the quality and veracity of information, generating documents that will support daily operations, supporting the team in managing its requisitions and managing access to Job Boards.
