**Responsibilities**:- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote MEXC in the Latam region in order to achieve user growth.- As a representative of MEXC, to maintain a good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation- Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze channel cooperation results, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.- Keep abreast of local industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions**Job Requirements**- Understanding of the crypto market and Latam region market- Familiarity with Telegram, Twitter and other mainstream Latam crypto currency communities is preferred.- Strong internal and external communication skills, able to solve problems efficiently, strong learning ability, willing to continue learning and able to have a good insight into the development status of competing products and the industry.- Speak English and local language (Spanish/ Portuguese/ Other) fluently. Additional languages are preferred.Pay: R$1,700.00 - R$22,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Cryptocurrency (required)- Business Development (required)
