As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration and coordination across various stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills to analyze feedback from the field and other teams, identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring alignment across hiring managers, technical managers, and leadership. Airtable expertise is essential, as you will maintain and update this platform based on input from multiple teams. Your ability to create and manage runbooks in Confluence will also be vital in streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong developer mindset and 1+ year of experience with Airtable. Maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates are crucial aspects of this role. You must also be willing to travel within 1.5 hours of the Greater Philadelphia area when required.
