We are looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Software Engineer to join us on our journey to advance the world of technology through innovation and creativity.
Your role and responsabilities:
To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion
To design and develop robust and scalable end-to-end solutions, covering both front-end and back-end development.
To enhance an existing application andoror product, to incorporate a new feature or modify an existing one.
To tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
To identify and address bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems and optimize application performance or responsiveness through code improvements.
To communicate effectively with team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:
JavaScript, especially React, Redux and related technologies, Node.js, webpack, Docker, ES6, and babel;
Full Stack development experience (connecting frontend to backend services), including API technologies, especially GraphQL and REST;
Experience with specific algorithms like linear regression, decision trees, neural networks and deep learning;
GenAI-based applications and prompt engineering;
AI integration and deployment into production environments;
CI/CD pipelines, Git flows;
Experience with testing frameworks, unit and integration testing;
Atlassian Jira as backlog management tool;
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business challenges that can be addressed with AI solutions;
Strong understanding of traceability tools like elastic stack/Kibana;
Strong communication skills in English;
Team players skills, experience with Scrum or Kanban.
