Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the company complies withlocal, international, and industry-specific regulations , particularly inlicensing, anti-money laundering (AML), and responsible business practices .
  • Develop, implement, and maintaincompliance policies, risk assessment frameworks, and internal controls .
  • Monitor regulatory developments in key jurisdictions, assess their impact, and provide strategic guidance to senior management.
  • Review and draftlegal contracts, policies, and terms of service to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Liaise withregulatory authorities, legal advisors, and auditors on compliance matters.
  • Conductcompliance training and awareness programs for internal teams to ensure company-wide adherence.
  • Investigate potential compliance breaches and implementcorrective measures as needed.
  • Overseeknow-your-customer (KYC) and AML procedures , ensuring effective due diligence and reporting.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher inLaw, Compliance, Business, or a related field .
  • Licensed lawyer or certified compliance professional preferred.
  • Extensive experience inregulatory compliance, corporate law, or risk management , preferably inhighly regulated industries .
  • In-depth knowledge ofAML, KYC, data protection laws (GDPR), and corporate governance .
  • Experience working withregulatory authorities, financial institutions, or compliance frameworks .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal texts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability toprovide clear legal advice to non-legal teams .
  • Fluent in English
