THE POSITION
- Support and guide key projects and/or to lead task forces and teams within ContiTech, a group sector of Continental, to impact the results of the various BA's and Central Functions through the development of Continental Business System (CBS).
- Primary responsibility leading the execution of CBS as a holistic management system.
- Coach to multiple sites, value streams and interacts as primary contact with central & BU CBS coaches, site CBS coaches and specialist in supporting site teams, operations, and technology leaders at all levels, to help drive overall plant and/or functional productivity.
- Utilize CBS programs, through the facilitation of value stream mapping, A3 thinking, rapid improvement events. Strategy deployment, Performance Management.
