**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
As SAP Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) consultant you will support Latin American customers on their SAP S/4HANA adoption projects; as well as lived customers that need to optimize business process, monitor operations and maintain their production systems, through the support from SAP Premium Engagement services.
The CoE S/4HANA Consultant must be able to accompany customers executing S/4HANA implementation projects with SAP Partners. Consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful S/4HANA implementation project:
- As part of support provided in Explore and Realize phases, consultant must conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage interviews and functional documents (blueprint / workshops / meetings / user stories).
- Propose functional and technical recommendations to optimize business processes in Deploy phase, from a technical and functional perspectives.
- Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
- Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating S/4HANA.
**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Desired but not mandatory, experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA as end user in finance modules.
- Desired but not mandatory ABAP / development skills for debugging and tracing.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- You are capable to take decisions quickly and work calm and structured.
- English language: mandatory proficient spoken and written. Portuguese is desirable.
- Good presentation and communication skills for customer facing activities.
- Ready to travel for assignments (short term).
**EDUCATION**
- Recent University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Finance or Accounting with no more than 3 years' experience.
- Deep technical expertise in Computer Science. Development expertise desirable in C++ or JAVA desired but not mandatory.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Social Service or Internship in technology, software development topics, accounting.
- 3 years or less working experience in software companies desirable.
- Experience participating in Software implementation projects is desirable.
