About the Role:

The Senior Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that procurement activities meet the company's cost, quality, and delivery requirements. The Senior Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including operations, finance, and logistics, to optimize the supply chain and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and continuously grow a network of local hotel partners by negotiating mutually beneficial distribution agreements, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining Nuitee’s relationship with these hotels.
  2. Collaborate with both independent hotels and hotel chains across a specific region to meet your targets.
  3. Manage supplier accounts, by negotiating the best rates and allotments, and through strong negotiation of preferred agreements.
  4. Support suppliers with any issues related to payment, rates, etc.
  5. Set targets with suppliers based on account management.
  6. Run allotment utilization reports, monitor current availability and adjust the allotment as required.
  7. Convert 3rd parties into direct business, to gain more market share in specific territories.
  8. Introduce Company Group to new suppliers.
  9. Promote the use of Company extranet system amongst suppliers, to encourage them to update directly any changes.
  10. Ensure Direct Connect rates are open and updated year-round.
  11. Understanding Channel Manager connectivity and functionalities would be a plus.
  12. Monitor booking types and cancellations on a regular basis.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is preferred.
  2. 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in Hotel Contracting or Sourcing in online distribution companies (B2B desirable).
  3. Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.

  1. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Leadership and team management experience.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software tools.
