The Role As a Senior React Native Engineer, you'll be one of the leads for the mobile app, collaborating closely with our engineering team, design and product, and the CEO to ship an entirely new mobile experience from the ground up. You'll architect and rebuild Skip's mobile app from scratch using React Native. You'll lead development of our four core tabs: Home, Discover, Workspace, and Cofounder (AI chat). You'll implement native UI components, gesture systems, animations, and smooth navigation. This is a high-impact role where your work will touch hundreds of thousands of people daily. What You Will Achieve Architect and rebuild Skip's mobile app from scratch using React Native. Lead development of our four core tabs: Home, Discover, Workspace, and Cofounder (AI chat). Implement native UI components, gesture systems, animations, and smooth navigation. You'll collaborate with product + design to move quickly and iterate. You'll ship new features weekly on a fast-moving roadmap. You'll help uplevel the engineering team and establish mobile best practices. Key Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Expert-level knowledge of React Native and mobile app development. Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
