Backend Software Engineer Job We're seeking an exceptional Backend Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and scaling high-performance backend systems. A successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable services with modern APIs and robust infrastructure, utilizing their expertise in AWS and GitHub Actions. Strong experience with distributed systems, APIs, reliability, performance, and database systems is also required. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of TypeScript/Node or equivalent backend stacks, as well as excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality backend systems that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives. Develop and maintain codebase using best practices and coding standards. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of backend systems. Requirements: 6+ years of backend engineering experience. Strong experience building scalable services with modern APIs and robust infrastructure. Proficiency with AWS and GitHub Actions. Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, reliability, performance, and database systems. Experience with TypeScript/Node or equivalent backend stacks.
