Collaborate directly with me and the remote team, with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week. What We’re Looking For Analytical and structured thinker with a data/automation mindset. Creative copywriter capable of spotting opportunities and connecting B2C and B2B dots. Fast mover, collaborator, and execution‑driven. Passion for testing new ideas, researching tech, and staying current on trends. Experience with email marketing optimization and digital ad campaigns preferred. Work Details USD 1,400 /month, 25 hrs week, managed via Upwork. Remote, minimal meetings, focus on deep work. Salary comfortable but not a Ferrari.
