Conhecer os diferentes tipos de clientes e mercadorias que transportam. Conhecer o processo de importação e exportação de acordo com os procedimentos locais e do produto (políticas internas). Ter domínio da precificação e condições de crédito dos clientes. Desenvolver relacionamento com os clientes da carteira. Desenvolver relacionamento com os prestadores de serviço. Criar e atualizar os Procedimentos Operacionais de cada cliente atendido (SOP) recorrentemente. Fazer follow‑up e atualização dos sistemas de embarque de acordo com a rotina operacional estipulada pelo gestor. Cadastrar novos embarques nas plataformas oficiais da empresa. Conferir e aprovar documentações de embarques (quando necessário) e garantir que tudo está dentro dos conformes. Atualizar diariamente os embarques de acordo com as informações dos sistemas internos e companhias marítimas. Gerenciar os alertas automáticos dos clientes. Enviar alertas de chegada com documentos finais para os clientes (pré‑alerta). Monitorar as atividades diárias com os clientes e comunicar ao Gerente e Supervisor/Coordenador qualquer inconsistência. Oferecer suporte à Gerência / Supervisão em reuniões de avaliação de performance dos clientes, bem como com necessidades operacionais do dia a dia. Auditar as pastas eletrônicas de cada embarque para ter certeza de que temos todos os documentos e comunicações apropriadamente salvos em ambiente interno. Qualifications Formação e/ou especialização em Comércio Exterior ou Relações Internacionais. Inglês fluente. Additional Information Modelo de trabalho 100% presencial. Vale Refeição.
