Visit our website or our career page HEREJob Overview:E-Store Sales Manager will assist in managing the daily operations and sales performance of the company’s marketplaces platforms. This role focuses on optimizing online sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing strategies. The candidate will work closely with senior management, marketing teams, and customer service to support revenue growth and enhance the online shopping experience.Key Job Responsibilities:Responsible for sales on marketplace, contact, negotiating, and closing deals with retailers’ partners.Build strong relationships with retailers and platforms (Magazine Luiza, Amazon, Mercado Livre, etc..) and maintain high levels of engagement and partnership.Develop and execute promo’s sales strategies on Marketplace to drive revenue growth and profitability.Continuously monitor the latest trends in the Consumer Electronic on online business and competitor’s industries to identify new business opportunities.Background & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales managementProven experience in channel sales management, with a focus on e-commerce.Successful track record in negotiating with e-commerce partners and implementing effective sales strategies.Experience in people and team management and building high performing sales teams.Native-level speaker of Brazilian Portuguese with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stake holdersStrategic and results-oriented thinking.Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-upAbility to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environmentknowledge of e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces.Proficiency in analytical tools and sales management systems (excel advanced).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.Preferred:Experience working in the Eletronic industryLeadership and Management experiencePrior experience in online marketplacesExperience in channel partnership managementPostgraduate degree or MBA is a plusWhy is Samsung Electronics the place to be?Join a Global TeamWork with a dynamic and diverse team, constantly interacting with different cultures.Tackle Big ChallengesOur history is built on overcoming challenges and striving for excellence.
