Overview

Clinical Provider/Psychology (Argentina) – Intellect Care (Counselling/ Psychotherapy) offers collaborative processes to guide, explore and resolve personal, social, or psychological problems and difficulties. Counseling supports mental health with practical tools and techniques, while psychotherapy identifies unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior to improve daily life and relationships. Sessions typically span up to 50 minutes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
  • Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
  • Collaborate with the internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
Requirements
  • Clinical Psychologist: Minimum Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 300 hours of clinical/therapy experience post-qualification and practicum/placement/internship
  • Expertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
  • License: Valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice
  • Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
  • Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
