Job Summary: The Service Provisioning Specialist is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of service fulfillment, from feasibility to delivery. This involves technical design of network solutions for national and international customers, project management of activation, change, and deactivation orders, as well as monitoring supplier performance according to SLAs. Key Responsibilities: Technical Design: Develop technical designs for network solutions that meet customer requirements, focusing on both technical and economic feasibility. Project Management: Lead projects related to activation, change, and deactivation orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for communications with customers, order management, and suppliers for technical aspects, building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently. Test Support: Collaborate with the Delivery Team during test activities in the delivery process, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess supplier performance against agreed-upon SLAs and commitments made during the feasibility phase, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
