Identity and Access Management Specialist TCS is seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management specialist to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access management solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Okta platform. Integrate applications for single sign-on (SSO) and automate user provisioning. Configure authentication and authorization policies. Develop custom solutions with APIs and SDKs. Provide expertise on security protocols like SAML and OAuth/OIDC. Work in cloud environments and scripting languages. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Okta administration and configuration or 5+ years in other identity tools. Full stack development experience. Experience writing JavaScript or Python code. Agile team experience. Strong technical problem-solving skills and proactive mindset. AWS experience. Okta Professional certification or Okta Developer certification. Hands-on experience with Auth0. Dev-ops experience with Jenkins, CI/CD, and Terraform. Experience working with Jira.
