  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para entender las necesidades del cliente y diseñar soluciones técnicas.
  • Realizar presentaciones, demostraciones y discusiones técnicas con los clientes.
  • Crear propuestas de diseño de redes, incluyendo configuraciones y estimaciones de costos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias y tecnologías del sector.
  • Proveer entrenamiento y soporte técnico al equipo de ventas.
  • Participar en reuniones con clientes para recopilar requisitos e identificar oportunidades.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo del producto transmitiendo comentarios de los clientes.
  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia previa en ingeniería de preventa en el ámbito de redes.
  • Dominio de tecnologías LAN/WLAN, routing, switching y protocolos de seguridad.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Certificaciones como CCNA, CCNP, CWNA son preferidas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes

Responsabilidades
