What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
  • Upload Yield and Efficiency data; identify deviations
  • Report and assist in treating non-conformities
  • Monitor KPIs and manage action plans
  • Analyze productivity and composition indicators
  • Assist with quality control of raw materials and products
  • Update process indicators and action plans
  • Comply with Quality and HSE standards
  • Support audits and risk assessments
  • Promote and participate in HSE activities and training
What kind of profile are we looking for?
  • Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel)
  • Good command of the English language is preferable
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food industry
  • Availability for shifts and flexible hours
What competencies are key to this role?
  • Strong knowledge on food safety & food technology standards
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a good team player
