We are looking for an Senior AI Lead to take ownership of the technical direction of our core product: an LLM-powered legal chatbot capable of answering country-specific legal questions with contextual precision. Your mission will be to take our AI stack to the next level, guiding architecture, development, and the orchestration of intelligent agents. ???? What You Will Do Lead the technical evolution of our LLM-based product. Design, build, and orchestrate specialized AI agents. Ensure code quality, best engineering practices, and continuous improvement. Define and implement new AI features — from design to deployment. Break down and organize epics into clear, actionable tasks (Notion / AI-Data board). Evaluate and apply cutting-edge advancements in AI/ML. Work with a Dev Ops mindset to optimize infrastructure and deployments. Ensure fast response to bugs, incidents, and technical issues. Lead both people and processes within the AI/Data domain. ???? Technical Requirements Strong expertise in LLMs and AI Agents (development & orchestration). Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Lang Smith. Knowledge of SQL and vector databases. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP. Ability to assess, test, and implement new models and frameworks. Advanced English. ???? Architecture We Value Agent orchestration and observability ecosystems. Data pipeline → model deployment workflows. Hands-on, practical engineering mindset. * We are looking for professionals with industry experience — academic experience alone will not be considered. ????
