Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Trading & Operations Analyst to join our team in São Paulo, with focus on Operations . This role plays a key part in supporting GTN's institutional clients across the Americas. The ideal candidate will bring experience from financial institutions, deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas, addressing inquiries related to account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage;

• Liaise with internal teams across multiple regions—including Technology, Product, Clearing, and Compliance—to coordinate timely responses and resolutions to client requests;

• Support client onboarding by coordinating documentation, operational setup, and platform access in close collaboration with internal stakeholders;

• Track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and resolution within defined SLAs;

• Proactively monitor client activity and system alerts to identify and escalate potential issues;

• Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and operational playbooks;

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to ensure an excellent client experience.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech;

• Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes;

• Experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses;

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail;

• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is required;

• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (this is a hybrid role in our Faria Lima office).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with multi-asset platforms, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives;

• Experience with fractional investing or omnibus account structures;

• Exposure to regulatory frameworks in LATAM and/or global financial markets;
