Responsibilities- Support Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes with autonomy and responsibility.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and, when appropriate, with clients.
- Contribute to process improvements and learning initiatives within HR and operations.
- Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), living in Florianópolis – SC, interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree, soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
- Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months).
