Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.LI-HybridTeam Overview:- Translate and localize user-facing product content (e.g., UI strings, app messages, tooltips, onboarding flows) from Chinese or English into Portuguese, and vice versa.- Ensure consistency of terminology and tone across platforms and product areas.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering) to provide localization insights during product development.- Conduct linguistic QA and testing on localized builds to ensure quality and context-appropriate translation.- Monitor cultural and linguistic trends to inform localization decisions and improve user resonance.Role Responsibilities:- Serving as the linguistic and cultural bridge between Chinese, English, and Portuguese-speaking users, ensuring that our product feels native in each language.- Identifying and resolving language or cultural mismatches in the user experience, and ensuring content is consistent, clear, and engaging.- Continuously improving translation quality and scalability by maintaining glossaries, style guides, and leveraging localization tools.Role Qualifications:- Native or near-native fluency in **Portuguese** and professional proficiency in **Chinese and English**.- Strong understanding of UX writing, UI localization, and in-app user journeys.- Excellent communication and project management skills.- High attention to detail, cultural nuance, and linguistic accuracy.- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communication, or a related field.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
