Are you an experienced software developer with a passion for artificial intelligence and scalable agent platforms? This role involves working on a next-generation AI Automation Platform, driving automation, intelligence, and scalability on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Build and evolve a scalable AI automation platform for diverse use cases.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven and agent-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and platform engineers.
  • Ensure robustness, performance, and maintainability of the platform.
  • Apply advanced techniques in ML, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in AI engineering.
  • Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for persistent, context-aware agent behavior.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in software development and machine learning (AI, automation, or intelligent agents).
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar language.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Workato).
  • Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and agent frameworks (LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, OpenAgent).
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and agent workflow design.
  • Understanding of scalable system design and distributed computing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
