Senior Project Manager - Financial Services (BRL K/month, PJ)

Contract Duration: 4 months with possibility of extension.
Model: Hybrid, 3x per week (Zona Sul de São Paulo).

Basic Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques.
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
  • Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and engagements with third parties.
  • Experience managing key client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Logical and structured thinking.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English and the local office language.
  • Eligibility to work in the country of application and ability to apply for travel visas.
  • Ability to travel to client sites periodically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading development and implementation of solutions and measuring their impact on clients' business.
  • Interest or completion of recognized professional accreditation, such as PMP.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools.
  • Exposure to payments, retail banking, or merchant services.
  • Experience in generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree (not required).
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects supporting strategic initiatives, managing complexity and risks, and ensuring benefits realization.
  • Lead client engagements across various industries, promoting proven project and change management methodologies.
  • Mitigate risks, solve issues, and keep projects aligned with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities, lead sales efforts, and contribute to proposals.
  • Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and assess client needs and readiness.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and leverage subject matter experts to develop customized solutions.
