Junior SAP S/4HANA Analyst

The Junior SAP S/4HANA Analyst is responsible for administering and optimizing SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP HANA DB. This hybrid, day-shift role involves managing system performance, executing SAP Basis tasks, and supporting NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA environments. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to system improvements. Required certifications include SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA and SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP BTP.

In this role, you will
  • Manage and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Oversee SAP BTP Administration tasks ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Provide expert support for SAP HANA DB Administration focusing on database optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Administer NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA systems ensuring efficient operation and minimal downtime.
  • Execute SAP Basis Administration tasks including system monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all SAP-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Support end-users by addressing technical queries and providing training as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP systems and processes.
  • Analyze system performance metrics to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard data integrity.
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced English
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA SAP BTP and SAP HANA DB Administration.
  • Exhibit strong skills in NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA Administration.
  • Possess solid experience in SAP Basis Administration.
  • Familiarity with Finance and Accounting domain skills is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
