People Development Analyst

Responsible for people development programs in the area of leadership, change management, Team Building, and others;
- Act directly in Festo's People Development Programs (Team Building, Mentoring Programs, Talent Programs, etc);
- Responsible for the virtual training platform: Learning Campus
- Propose learning tools for leadership and teams, supporting the development of people and the evolution of their careers;
- Act in the climate and engagement process by conducting surveys, guiding the teams and leaders, reporting the results, and leading the planning and execution of actions;
- Participation in international projects such as 'Assessment 360'.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Requisitos e qualificações**
- Higher Education Completed in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration;
- Postgraduate studies and/or MBA
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment;
- Having a nice interpersonal relationship;
- Advanced / Fluent English (required);
- Spanish will be considered a differential advantage;
- Training in Coaching will be a differential advantage.
