**Your Role and Responsibilities**
**About the role**:
Consultants with this skill set are A&IS Consultants responsible for Proposal delivery and IT Strategy delivery. These individuals develop proposals and lead project deliveries as a trusted advisor to their clients in conjunction with the Associate Partners team.
Employees in this role have the experience and knowledge to support both the sale of new business opportunities and the provision of services to customers. They must understand the commitments of large and complex A&IS services, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the customer's industry.
They identify new business opportunities, participate creatively in the development and sales of solutions, and help Kyndryl win the business. When not participating in sales activities such as proposal development, they support and lead strategic consulting delivery activities. They are also responsible for understanding customer needs and designing solutions capable of helping customers evolve and transform.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree
Advanced/fluent english
Knowledge in DevSecOps | FinOps
Desirable knowledge in technology infrastructure
