Our aim is to empower our clients to meet and exceed their business objectives.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Client Solutions Manager to join our team. The Client Solutions Manager is a crucial member of our growing Global Business Solutions team. As part of our sales team, the CSM will support advertisers in meeting their marketing objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. The Client Solutions Manager is the main point of contact with strategic cross-functional teams such as Product and Measurement and is responsible for driving product adoption and revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex campaigns, using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.**Responsibilities**:- Drive education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business;- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of auction ads offerings by monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results;- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings;- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy;- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch;- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team;- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign;- Establish long-term relationship with key clients and make sure their business needs are taken good care of by cross-functional team;- Product and go-to-market strategy, responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback.**Qualifications**:Minimum Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing;- Experience in managing key accounts in Performance;- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges;- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;- English proficiency is required because the role involves frequent communication with global teams and stakeholders across global markets.Preferred Qualifications- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel and SQL.Job InformationAbout ByteDance BrazilByteDance is a global incubator of platforms at the cutting edge of commerce, content, entertainment, and enterprise services - over 2.5 billion people interact with ByteDance products, including TikTok.Why Join UsInspiring creativity is at the core of TikTok's mission.
