Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our global team. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations using scripting and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Architect and implement REST / SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub and ERP connectivity. Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions. Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.
