**Paradigm** **Senior Services** goal is simple - to simplify and streamline operations for home care providers, so that they can focus their efforts on the people (seniors, veterans and others).
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Miami, FL, they assist these providers in streamlining operations, automating billing, diversifying payer lines, and expanding businesses.
(Home care includes any professional support services that allow a person to live safely in their home. For example, in-home care services can help someone who is aging and needs assistance to live independently.)
**Our proposal**
We are looking for a talented and dynamic **Scrum Master** to join the team.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for **_coaching and guiding the technical team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices_**, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring the team delivers value to the customer every sprint.
You will **_work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, remove impediments that are hindering team progress_**, and continuously improve the team's Agile/Scrum practices and processes.
**Responsibilities**
- **_Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies_** such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- **_Coach the team_** in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure the team **_delivers value to the customer_** every sprint
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Estimate user stories, monitor team performance and continuously improve Agile/Scrum practices
**Skills and requirements**:
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices and coaching exerience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remove impediments and work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with software development using.NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Angular and estimating user stories
- Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
