Job Description We are seeking for a proactive and independent working Component (Product) Owner to take ownership of a major component within a digital product development team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of a large-scale feature—from refinement and planning through development, testing, and delivery. You will work cross-functionally to break down the feature into actionable work packages, manage dependencies, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery across multiple teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful digital products. The position will be part of our MAX product team and as a component lead you will work closely with the respective product owner and technical lead. Main responsibility will be the ownership of the product specific features and the related backlog. What We Expect Ownership of the IoT Gateway component backlog, acting as a Component Owner Align closely with the Product Owner and Technical Lead to ensure strategic and technical coherence, leading the end-to-end development of specific features from conception to integration Define and refine feature scope and tickets, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility Translate feature vision into actionable work packages and user stories Identify dependencies, risks, and integration points across teams Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including engineering, QA, and other product roles Actively participate in refinement, planning, and validation of deliverables Ensure that features meet functional, design, and performance expectations before integration Support development teams by identifying potential issues and providing clear, actionable feedback Quem buscamos Who We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in product development, feature ownership, or technical project management—ideally as a Product or Component Owner Solid understanding of embedded systems and communication interfaces (e.g., CAN, Ethernet) Familiarity with software architecture principles, especially in distributed systems Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) Experience with JIRA (required); Azure DevOps is a plus Understanding of IoT and telecommunications concepts is beneficial O que oferecemos Health care, Dental care, Bonus, Private pension, Program for pregnant women, Social support program, Life insurance, Telemedicine, Telenutrition, Telepsychology, Restaurant, Transportation.
